There’s always lots to do around the home where the focus is on fun and inclusion.  Activities include arts and crafts, music, baking, pool and gardening amongst many more. There is good access to both the immediate community of Gatley with good transport links to Stockport and Manchester City Centre where individuals can enjoy activities such as the cinema, bowling, swimming, gym, eating out, shopping and trying new hobbies and experience. Service Users are also encouraged to attend work placements or volunteer at local charity shops and attend courses at the local college as they gain more independence.

Service Users are at the centre of everything they do.  Staff work tirelessly to ensure that each service user benefits from a friendly, respectful and enhanced lifestyle. Empowerment, choice and control is promoted and the home has held the Dignity Daisy Award for the last two years.
