What We Do
Caritas Services Limited provides nursing and residential care homes: short-term and long-term placements, respite care and supported living services. Our dedicated and professional team provide care and support for adults over the age of 18, with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.
Our care service works with service users on an individual basis. By understanding their needs, and aspirations, we can work with each service user successfully to achieve a sense of wellbeing, restore self-esteem, and promote independence where possible.
MANAGEMENT APPROACH
It is vital for the service we provide that we have a steadfast ethos within our management approach and that those principles are carried forward in our delivery of care.
For the service users the familiarity of a constant team provides the basis of a supportive and nurturing environment. A feeling of safety for each service user is essential to their care, their development and their sense of wellbeing.
