Dent House

Dent House Nursing Home is located in Matlock, and provides accommodation for up to ten adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.

The home is situated within walking distance of Matlock town centre. Matlock is a picturesque spa town in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, close to the Peak District National Park. There is a wealth of historic buildings as well as excellent local amenities, and leisure facilities.  There is easy access to Derby and Nottingham, and the nearby towns of Chesterfield, Wirksworth and Bakewell.

Dent House was refurbished to a high standard throughout, prior to opening in 2007. There are ten bedrooms within the main building, and the annex.  Four bedrooms have an en-suite basin and toilet. Five bedrooms have an en-suite shower room, with basin and toilet. One bedroom has en-suite facilities with bath, shower, basin and toilet. There is also a main bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. The annex has a wet room to allow for wheelchair access or for service users with limited mobility.

There is ample parking at the rear of the property.
