Each of our homes are individually registered with the Care Quality Commission and are well led by dedicated teams of staff who adopt a person-centred approach to care and support service users with all aspects of daily life in the home and in the community.

We have had success in meeting the needs of those with complex requirements and behaviour that challenges. We take great pride in our achievements, particularly when working with those who have experienced repeated placement breakdown.

We have a strong track record of supporting people to move forward and develop an improved quality of life, ensuring that people have a positive experience of care.

We work collaboratively and are embedded with the local authorities and have close working relationships with health and social care commissioners.

Our initial assessment process is used to identify the individual’s strengths and support requirements, by considering their physical and mental health, social functioning, daily living skills, communication and leisure, educational and occupational circumstances. This allows us to offer an outcome focused individual support package, integrating life goals, risk management and behavioural support plans, using a PBS approach and framework.

The CQC are the independent regulator of health and social care in England. The CQC ensure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and they encourage care services to improve.

All care providers are monitored, inspected and rated by the CQC. Each service provider is rated by the CQC and must make the reports available via their website. Reports for all our care homes can be found by clicking the links:
